“I purchased a shaver which I used and was excellent, when I started having problems with my shaver, I contacted them with my issue and they had a brand new one sent out to me within a week and were very helpful and friendly, 100% recommend, the shaver is excellent and easy to use”

“The product hasn’t been used yet but the experience with BB has been great. I do like the emails with the pirate stories. I did unsubscribe but those emails made me laugh and i haven’t experienced that from any other company. So I re-subscribed. Good service.”

“Great service, ordered item and was notified along the way where it was up to, was a bit later than advised but that was due to courier strikes. Not used item yet as it is a Christmas gift but the box is lovely, he he!!”
