“I bought a shaver for my partners birthday, delivery was quick and communication was great! Unfortunately it stopped working after a month so I contacted customer services to see if anything could be done. They replied really quickly and asked me to send a video showing the shaver not working. Once that was sent through, I was offered a replacement shaver and it was sent out the same day. I received it 2 days later. Great company with amazing customer service!”

“Utterly brilliant. Kate in customer services was so helpful, because I’m an idiot and kept messing up my order and the products are superb quality - will be adding more to ‘his indoors’ collection 😄”
