“Barbells has been a life saver for me, almost literally. I am hypoglycemic so my blood sugars run low and drop without warning. Having a high protein bar that actually tastes good at hand helps so much. I have tried quite a few flavors and love almost all of them. Though my favorite by far is the pumpkin spice latte, the crunch of the waffers and the coffee flavored caramel balances so well with the pumpkin. I wish it was a all year round option.”
