“Love the Barebells but customer service is lacking! I ordered and paid for two boxes but only received one. I have emailed and DMed but no response. They owe me 30 bucks or my box of bars! Not sure what to do next...I cannot locate a phone number to call and multiple emails have not been answered. What the heck?”

“I ordered 2 boxes during Black Friday sale. I noticed the wrong address was selected and contacted asap and they responded that they would correct the address and send to the current one. They didn’t. I have reached out many times and don’t get any response. I paid for the box and don’t have the product. I am definitely not satisfied and would like this rectified.”
“It's unfortunate that you can't return bars that are unedible. I will not be making any more purchases from this website unless I've already tasted the bar and know that it's good. I wish they offered more single bars to try prior to purchasing full boxes. And then to not let us return them. If we can't use them that really sucks”
