“My order was missing. I contacted support at the end of Nov. It took several days and a message on IG to get a response. Then another couple days after that. On 12/5 I was asked if I wanted a refund and I said yes. I never heard back and I still haven’t received it.”

“My main complaint is not about the product it's about the shipping. Barebells takes no care in packing an expensive product. I ususally order 4 boxes a month (approx. $120) The box always comes with no padding, paper protection or box protection. The boxes of bars are always split open and the bars have fallen out of their individual boxes. I NEVER receive a box that doesn't have product everywhere. I wrote to the company the last time on my order, sent pictures and they never responded.”
“I truly love the Barebells protein bars. Its fun getting new flavors, love the Wild Cherry and Raspberry. The chocolate bars are also so good, they taste nothing like the average protein bar - they feel like a cheat but aren't. I have a pantry full of flavors to fit any mood or time of day.”

“I have been a long time fan of Built Bar Puffs.....Just started my GLP-1 journey, and needing high protein I tried 1 Barebell bar from Trader Joes to see if I would like it.....Well, I didn't like it, I loved it. Since then I am a loyal customer. Target, Walmart, GNC all were I purchase them along with recently direct from you. Only not a fan of the peppermint one.
