“The bought a north face puffer and it was hugely smaller than the measurements on the website, they are different to the official north face website even though it's the same product I returned it and never got a refund, wasted 240 pounds, would never shop there again”

“I purchased an item in the sale, a baby changing bag. It’s not up to standard for the price I paid so send it back after 19 days as I’m this period I had a baby so was unable to do it any sooner, they say they want it back after 14 days. I received and email with a credit note. I replied explaining the situation and that the product was not up to standard anyway, hence the reason I sent it back. I’ve been met with a completely unhelpful and defensive customer service team, one who sent an email full of spelling mistakes so to me this shows the lack of care, and have essentially lost over £100 as I will not be shopping here again. Avoid at all costs as they do not care about their customers in the slightest.”

“I paid £5 for next day delivery in order to have it for a birthday two days before. And received it the day AFTER the birthday. I also called in to make sure if they could keep an eye on it to make sure it arrives ON TIME but they said that it was not possible. Which is £5 of money wasted”
