“I ordered cow print bedding for my daughter. I ordered queen size and they sent full. I called and left several messages, emailed customer service, etc. 2nd time I washed the duvet the zipper broke. Worst customer service ever. Never returned any calls or emails.”
“This company is fraud. It says they will ship items within 12 business days. They create phony tracking labels. I ordered item 6/17/21, today is 7/13/21. My $40 item is supposedly in my town waiting to transfer to local usps location for delivery. My local office says this company is fraud and to request refund. Thank goodness I used PayPal and submitted a resolution request today. Don’t buy anything here - you’ll never get it and they will trick you acting like they actually shipped your items with fake tracking.”
