“ My favorite lotion is At the Beach. When I went to the store in Southaven MS, I thought they were out. Patrice, employee at this store, went out of her way to find it for me. She was pleasant, helpful and got my lotion. She deserves some kudos for great service. ”

He knew exactly what products I was requesting, took me directly to the location & I was in & out of the store within 5 minutes. I also was able to let Meli, the “boss” know how pleased I was w/the service I received & suggested giving Jay a raise! She was very appreciative of my comments & it was very apparent that she too was very dedicated to great customer service which I definitely received! ”

“ What made me sad was that I received very poor service at the store located in Mandarin in Jacksonville Florida. ”

After I picked out some items I asked if I could leave them there as I had one more place to go. " Not a problem..i'll leave them behind the counter for you for when you are ready to purchase."
