Placed order 6 weeks before Christmas. No contact AT ALL from them. It took multiple calls and emails to get any response. They told me two separate stories; firstly that it had been lost in the post then a few hours later they couldn’t send them as they were faulty. Which one was it? Either way they left me high and dry a week before Christmas, unable to replace items and without a family Christmas present. Unreliable untrustworthy and unprofessional.”
