“I purchased a complete bathroom suite from Bathroom Takeaway and initially thought this was a good buy. However the quality of the bath received was well below acceptable usage. A 'hotel' sized plastic bottle (7cm high, half empty) of shampoo fell from the side of the bath and left a crack which caused water to leak. On examining the crack I could see the thickness of the acrylic layer was less than 0.5mm. I pointed this out to Bathroom Takeaway who said they couldn't do anything due to accidental damage. My reasoning was at what point wouldn't it be accidental damage, if I dropped say, a feather, pencil, toothbrush, bar of soap (heavier than the bottle mentioned previously). I'm just warning anyone reading this that the company will do anything to get out of accepting their products are substandard. I now have to rip everything out and start again. Buy cheap by twice :(
