“Had our sons party here they did lazer tag at the Newcastle site. The set up the games and the lazer tag was fantastic. The booking and the help I received was also great. We visited the site the weekend before and the staff were lovely so friendly and helpful. On the day of the party most staff were equally helpful and nice unfortunately one member of staff let them down he was rude and very unkind. The manner he spoke to myself and others in my party (adults) was not acceptable. This was a shame for the other members of staff who were nice. When booking the party I was told we would have tables for food. On the day the site was busy which was great to see but left a little bit of a problem for tables for food. Over all it was a great party just a couple of hiccups and that’s the only reason I didn’t give 5stars”

“My 13 yr old had a great lasertag party. All thoroughly enjoyed it. Booking was very straightforward and easy. The length of the session was just right. The only down side was I believe photos were taken but we have not seen these yet. I have asked for them but not had a response yet. Unfortunately we didn't have a group shot taken like you see on the website which would have been nice.”

“My son and his friends had an amazing time at the Yarm site on Saturday . A great site with brilliant zones to play . It was a well organised and safe activity. Staff were so helpful and the refs made the game enjoyable , action packed and memorable . Would definitely recommend.”

“Great lay out and fun for all ages of the family. Staff keen to ensure everyone had a good time. Have already recommended to others! My only tip is to double check which site you have booked into when ring to book.”

“Son’s birthday, the staff were excellent and made the boys feel welcome and engaged with them. I would recommend this as a birthday party or event for a group to have fun. To make the whole experience better. Background battle noise and some smoke generators. OK I have gone too far. It is great as it is. Even getting shot in the head.”

“We booked laserquest for a 12 yr olds birthday party. The kids absolutely loves it and I would book again. One negative- the food. It does state what you get but stupiy I expected a bit more fot £5 a head. So next time I would definitely do food elsewhere. I would recommend that Battlezone improve this as it can be a good option if its done with a bit more thought and a reasonable lunch.”

“Great place love the staff but the paintballs are way to expensive £7 for 100 I should at least be able to get 200 for that”

Hi Ollie, We're glad you enjoyed your day. Sorry to hear you felt our paintballs were overpriced. Paintballs can be purchased in bulk on the day for £110 for 2000 which would work out at £5.50 per 100. On larger packages our paintballs can be as low as £5.00 per 100, some venues charge up to £16.00 per 100. Thank you for taking the time to review us. Battlezone.
