“BE WARNED! Poor quality materials and manufacturing had the hatch cover of the kayak rusting within weeks. Numerous emails, broken promises of replacement and unanswered calls since May 2025 have continued. After nearly 12 months of frustration this ongoing behaviour seems very dodgy and causes me to suspect they may be struggling or going out of business. I have given up on looking for a replacement and asked for a refund, which has also been ignored.”
