Let me make one thing perfectly clear: This claim is NOT SATISFIED!!! You did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO HELP ME WITH THIS COMPLAINT!!! You let DISH Satellite Network off the hook with EVERYTHING they HAVE NOT DONE!!! I don't know why I even bothered contacting you. It's blatantly obvious that you lend yourself toward the company & not the consumer. I hope all of you get your favorite channels yanked from your cable company's line up with all your football games, housewife shows, all the shows you love to watch and you don't get them back for almost a year. Maybe then you'll understand how people like me feel. There's nothing else for you to do. Don't contact me again about these rotten ass people at DISH that you find so free & clear of any accountability. I hope you'll all be very happy together. I'll know who NOT to contact ever again for your help, or lack thereof. I'd rather see all of you in court. I see below that you have done this before with other people & you help that lady lose $10,000. I suggest you start telling consumers what you're going to do to help out with the mess you've made. Maybe it's time for the BBB to shut down since you are no longer any help to the people you claim to support. You obviously think you are absolved of any responsibility regarding these claims. I contacted BBB to get the PSAs that I paid for. For doing this SFI terminated my account in front of BBB's very eyes. I have lost over $10,000 and 5 years of hard work because of this. BBB did not resolve the dispute; BBB made it worse! The BBB has condoned SFI's behavior and knowingly has become complicit in SFI's elaborate scam.
It appears that the BBB is also a scam.”
