“BBJ carried out external wall insulation, roofing and porch flooring on our property. There are 20+ issues waiting to be made good for the past 18 months including complete re-rendering on a number of walls, water leaks coming through external walls, etc. James Edwards, the company owner, has been promising to complete the job, which had been paid, for the last 18 months. The sub-contractors are a so called a group of Romanian builders! They haven't got a clue about building regs and James Edwards is never around.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. If BBJ is currently working for you, DO NOT PAY THE FINAL PAYMENT as doing so, they will never return to carry out any making good. If un-sure, I suggest to contact me and have a look at our property before giving BBJ a job or paying for any works already done.”
