“Excellent telephone service when I called about the item and delivery. The item was delivered on time and was exactly as described. Unfortunately the smoker was slightly damaged hence the 4 stars not 5. I have yet to contact bbq land about this as it was just a small dent and I can't be bothered to 're pack and return the item but apart from that everything is great and I will be using them again.”
