“Good service pleased with BBQ. Good quality. Let down by delivery company. They text me to tell me the package had been delivered at pickup shop, but it took another 3 days to receive a text with the pickup code.”

“Whilst BBQ land is probably an online destination for most people, it's a great physical shop to and well worth a visit. Lots of kamados, smokers and accessories. Richard, the owner, is really helpful.”

“Ive bought various items off BBQLand with and whilst their service has been perfect, today they went above and beyond! I asked to order a new expensive part on a bbq as mine had cracked, instead of simply taking for money, they put me in contact with the supplier, even sending me the link, who assessed it and found it to be a fault and I now have a new part on its way. BBQLand will now be my first stop shop for all my BBQ stuff, awesome service all round! 10/10 from me.”

“I purchased a Kamado Joe 4 years ago and received excellent service so when I wanted another smaller kamado I had no hesitation in going to bbqland again. I ordered via the website which was very straightforward and at lunchtime the day after a lorry arrived with my new toy. The driver was very helpful and everything was fine. 5 star service all round.”
