“My order (Pit Boss Pro Pellet Grill and cover) arrived within a short time and in good condition. The item was well packed, and secured on a palette. As promised as part of the deal, the generous portions of meat, wood pellets, and BBQ sauce etc. arrived in good condition albeit the freezer bags were (understandably) thawed out; the only thing I would suggest is maybe advising the customer if the meat can be frozen or must be consumed - labels on the meat had been smudged due to the thawing of the bags. This may be mentioned elsewhere and I have missed it. Overall I was very impressed with BBQLAND and the service provided. Thank you.”
