“I ordered a Kamado Joe Classic ll from BBQ Land and unfortunately when I opened the box the BBQ was damaged, as the box was sealed this was not fault to BBQ land. I contacted customer service regarding the damaged BBQ and they immediately arranged for delivery of a replacement BBQ and collection of the damaged one, absolutely brilliant customer service. The Kamado Joe I purchased from BBQ land was over £100 more expensive on Amazon. Very satisfied customer.”

This order was despatched the day after the order was received, but DHL made a bit of a meal of effecting delivery within a reasonable timeframe.

“Bought from BBQLand a couple of times now and I've found the prices to be great on items and fair on other items. Postage has been fast on the free shipping. I've also found that the range of products on sale is quite extensive and a great place to buy some of the products you typically can only get from America like runs, sauces and even things like the fireboard and thermometers for BBQ use.”
