“Ordered on Sunday night, next day e mail to update expected delivery time and that both items would come separately - appreciated being kept in loop. Both parcels arrived promptly as detailed in email. The kettle bbq was very well packed for transit and on unpacking for cursory inspection, all seemed to be tip top. Ordered as birthday present for my son.”

“Arrived on time with easy instructions on how to assemble. Cant wait to use my new smoker and cook the Chrismas Turkey on it. A tip, when i opened the box the instruction manueal was in German, so i went to the website and downloded the instructions in English, about 40 pages, when i opened the, Start Here box, the first thing i saw was the English instruction booklet, so i wasted time, ink, and paper.”
