While there is some amount of mystery to which direction stocks will go, paying attention to the many factors that affect value can help mitigate risks.If it’s a notional loss then I will suggest don’t book the entire loss. Just withdraw 10% from your portfolio and invest that fund into mutual funds. Withdraw 10% each month and try to invest in mutual fund or ETF . In between the transition if any of your stock performs then book the profit of that stock.I think you are making a bigger mistake right now by trying to figure out how you can get back what you lost, rather than trying to figure out what you did wrong in the first place. Since you haven’t given any details about when and how you lost money in stocks, I can’t really comment on what your missteps were.The stock market is cyclical and if you buy at the wrong time, you could immediately lose money. “I invested on a website, at first everything felt normal till I tried withdrawing my profits after a month and I didn't receive any money. I invested a lot so I started figuring out ways to recover, came across a review on Edwards so I gave him a try. “Yes it is possible to retrieve your stolen bitcoins. I never believed in bitcoin recovery because I was made to understand that it is not possible. “I made multiple withdrawal requestsof my profit it was never honoured by BDSwiss. For four months nothing was given to me except fake promises. I was asked to provide additional documents which were supplied on the same day, then I have been advised to contact my bank which I did and my bank confirmed that they never received any instructions for them, A trader who had encountered similar issues with his broker he introduced me to Privycript limited a fintech reco firm who helped me get back my investments. I was giddy with a lot of sleepless nights during this period. I wish the government or whatever agency is responsible can control this predatory companies.”
