It seems DPD encountered an unexpected issue when delivering your parcel. As a result, your parcel was disposed of at their depot.
To rectify, we have sent your order to you again which has now been successfully delivered. We have also offered you a small refund as an apology for any inconvenience caused by our chosen delivery courier. Whatever happens, we will always ensure our customers receive their orders.
