“I would avoid this company for sure. Beaumont legal continue to ignore your calls, any current or past customers they will answer the call, just to hang up again all this has been recorded. but not only this, The company commonly breach your data, they did this with me, i was moving to another property away from an abusive ex partner, in which they maliciously sent all my details of my new home to my ex, i was informed about this and raised a complaint, in which they denied the breach of data. only 12 months later while in court with my ex, they exposed Beaumont legal in providing the data to them which allowed stalking, and a continuous amount of harassment, unable to allow day-light in my front room as constantly feel i am being watched, my home has been invaded, stalked, i have received false accounts to the council because of the information being shared with the abuser due to Beaumont legal. Also one member of staff tried to impersonate another Family court legal advisor, calling them selves James, but what they failed to do, is use an appropriate email address, Google allowed me to Ping the address which bounced back with the name of the account holder (Bina Patel) who was the case worker dealing with my home sale at Beaumont. They was asked several times not to share data, or even place both my ex and myself in the same emails, as i had placed a non-molestation order on my ex, which they continued to ignore. I purchased a home with the use of another solicitor which was brilliant, however my new home has never felt new or enjoyable as it has been taken away due to the how the company performed and also aiding in supporting an abuser. not to mention they prey and abuse vulnerable victims”
“Horrific service - they assigned a trainee to the case without our permission , poor communication from start , online portal doesn’t work , they respond very slowly to others solicitors ,rude switchboard . Have made an official complaint and considering referring the case to ombudsman, not paying them and also compensation. Avoid if you want to see your case getting somewhere!!”
