“ Scammers. They didn’t pack all items in my order and refused to refund even saying I was a liar. Provided no proof, ignored messages and just kept saying anything so as not to refund. Bad reviews everywhere in trust pilot too with similar issues. Scammers! ”

“ Do not buy from this company! My parcel didn’t arrive, my granddaughter was very disappointed as it was her birthday present and nearly a month later I am still trying to get a refund! They do not respond to emails, if you message you just get a chat bolt, that tells you they will contact you but they do not, they obviously are only interested in receiving sales but have no customer service - I’ve given them one star and they don’t even deserve that! ”

“ Having placed a small order, I am yet to receive it , despite sending multiple emails to Beautybay. Customer service is shocking and patronising, telling me to look at other delivery options, despite telling them EVRI are equally as useless and will not deliver to our remote address. I then get told I am unable to recieve a refund!! Absolutely shocking! ”
