Wish I had seen the reviews before shopping with Beauty Bay. My parcel is lost and no one can tell me what is going on. I have asked for a refund and told to just keep waiting despite the fact that both the company and shipping provider cannot give details about if my parcel will ever arrive. The customer service is terrible - I would avoid if I were you!

Customer service is terrible, no one to speak to just an email where I get the same dodgy 'no refund for item in transit' line every other day as they take 48 hours to respond.

I contacted numerous times the custom service to have a refund but they keep saying that I should wait and that they are checking.

Terrible customer service. I ordered some products on January and they still didn't come. I tried to contact several times the customer service but they replied to me that they are in contact with the courier and they will inform me. They always replied to me after 7-12 days. Completely unsatisfied. I asked like 3-4 times with a refund and they answered back with excuses.

I ordered makeup and beauty products for my daughter, I got one of the products the next day and thought the rest would arrive a day or two later, then when I saw that nothing was arriving I contacted them and they replied that if I hadn’t taken a picture of the package I wasn’t allowed to claim anything “per their policy” ! Dreadful company, horrible customer service… I had never seen this in the UK before !

The customer service is terrible they sent me points to use through their app and also said they’d refund me for the points didn’t get my money which is the main reason I’m upset.

Also NO PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE & 10 DAY EMAIL AVERAGE RESPONSE TO PROBLEMS THEY WONT EVEN FIX.

Shame as I would've ordered a lot from them, but I just wouldn't risk the delivery and having to deal with their shocking customer service.

I have waited a month for my products that haven’t turned up. I’ve emailed, dm’d tweeted everything and all I get is a message about how busy they are. Terrible customer service!!!! Now having to fight for a refund… if I ever receive a reply!
