Do not buy, I ordered 3 items and one was missing. They refuse to believe this and just rejected the claim. No explanation. They said they carried out an internal investiagtion and that was that. Conversation shut down. Not a great customer service ethic!

Do not buy from this company!
My parcel didn’t arrive, my granddaughter was very disappointed as it was her birthday present and nearly a month later I am still trying to get a refund!
They do not respond to emails, if you message you just get a chat bolt, that tells you they will contact you but they do not, they obviously are only interested in receiving sales but have no customer service - I’ve given them one star and they don’t even deserve that!

Having placed a small order, I am yet to receive it , despite sending multiple emails to Beautybay.
Customer service is shocking and patronising, telling me to look at other delivery options, despite telling them EVRI are equally as useless and will not deliver to our remote address.
I then get told I am unable to recieve a refund!!
Absolutely shocking!

Terrible customer service ‼️ my order was never delivered and I was the one who had to follow up to query why it didn’t arrive. Damaged in transit and returned to Beauty Bay but they would not send replacements and wanted me to repurchase the items AT A HIGHER PRICE than I paid…awful conduct 👎🏻

Every time I reach out to Beauty Bay customer service - there is NO such thing - and ask why this is happening the ONLY response I have ever had - The few times I’ve had a response at all is a cut-and-paste insert template saying the order failed:
