Is there a reason why after 2 months when i have sent you back a faulty product that you have no clue where is it is and have no ambition in trying to find it and just expect me to swallow the 100 pounds that i paid for the product. Im gettin extremely frustrated and im not letting this issue go until i get my refund for this product . I really call everyday and every person is as clueless as the last its pretty pathetic. Id appreciate if someone would contact me regarding this matter as 2 weeks i can deal with 2 months is a different ball game. Thanks

Why when I ordered two X Lancombe lip balm duos which were on offer at 3 for the price of 2 I paid £40, but didn't get third one free!!
