“Collagen products are good but impossible to communicate with them to stop deliveries or cancel. I filed 3 complaints, including Florida State Attorney’s office, to date no satisfaction with this company! Beware of this company!!”
“As of Nov 29, 2024 - my review is only with regard to their subscription and customer service. I placed an order and received the product, but then 2 months later my card got charged again and I received the product, but I never created an account (and received no email confirmation or anything). I tried contacting customer service and their chat service, but none works. They ONLY have AI to respond, even if you email. I have reported this with my credit card and filed complaint with BBB accordingly.”

On July 21, 2024 I ordered 3 items. 2 face moisturizers and 1 CC serum from Beautylux. The box was damaged while being shipped to me. Upon opening the box there was product and glass all over the inside. The CC serum was broken and so was 1 of the face moisturizers. I called many times with no answer and then on Aug. 5th I sent my first email with pics included, on August 7th I sent my second email with pics included, and on Aug. 21st I sent my third email with pics included getting no response from Beautylux. On Sept. 18th I went to the Beautylux live chat box on the website, filled out the communication box and received an email stating that someone from the Beautylux team would get back to me soon. It is now Oct. 8th and NO ONE has ever reached out. Still waiting and now it’s Oct. 23, 2024. Apparently Beautylux DOES NOT care about their customers or reputation.”
“I placed an order for eye serum and cancelled it right away after seeing bad reviews. I also tried contacting the company. There is an automated email that responded saying they should be able to cancel my order since just placed. Next day I get an email my order shipped!! Contact phone number said could not take my call also automated! Not cool!!! Beware when ordering from Beautylux!”
“Terrible company set up a subscription it was supposed to be sent out that day for their website it is now 5 days later and still says unfulfilled. Send messages and emails and still have not received any responses. Do not order from this company”
