“we ordered a sharpening machine. the metal wheel that is used on the machine was sent. then they tried to say that is what I ordered. I sent a copy of the email that was sent to me by THEM confirming order and they ignored me. We paid 30.00 for a 2inch metal disc????? not even.”

I have sent multiple emails in an attempt to resolve this problem. Twice they asked me to send a picture of what I received and I sent the picture each time. I have requested a refund which was ignored. I am now waiting for them to check with their shipping department. They have not been at all helpful and seem to be indifferent to me as a customer.”
