order # 2717358293146 which was ordered 9/21/2020 finally arrived. It is not even close to the items I ordered. I want to return the items for full refund including return shipping. I ordered 10 Waldorf Dolls each with extra clothes. I specified hair color and skin color as directed. I was sent very cheap dolls with either pink or purple sewn on clothes and hats.

I ordered a Waldorf doll from you on 20/9/20. Still no reply or doll ordered, Can you please look into it & reply. Order number 4029357733. I bought 4 pairs of flip flops that stated they were OluKai from the description and also by the pictures. When I received the flip-flops that had the same insignia as the originals, I was very disappointed in how they were made, very cheap and thin. I have been trying to get my money back and have still not received anything. I paid a total of 95.99 for four pairs of flip-flops. I will never recommend this company..

I received the fake olukai shoes they are the cheapest rubber flip flops I could buy for 5.00, I want to know how to recover my money and send these crappy shoes back! Yes - you have been SCAMMED. Many of us have fallen for the same deal - ordered the Mutlifunction Sharpening Tool, got a cheap grinding wheel instead. On mine, the changed the wording on the order to include the words "Diamond Grinding Wheel", then said that's all I ordered. Here's their reply: "Dear Customer So sorry for that After checking your order, we find you just ordered the wheel. Please check the description (the gray part) carefully:Diamond Grinding Wheel We also sell the sharpener,maybe the description has caused your misunderstanding Waiting for your reply and sincerely hope you can understand Thank you nice day"
