“I tracked the order and found out I was only tracking the free t-shirt, so I took a day off work to find out the saw was not in route that day. The e-mail/text just said “order” and only after arrival it specified “1 item in your order” has arrived. But Beaver tool staff always answered the phone, were polite, and helpful.”

“Perfect as a temporary table for cutting up plywood. I used Bolts in rececessed hole in a sheet of 3/4 plywood to make sure the work surface was a stable as possible. This matches my smaller 2' x 4' in height whcich makes handling piles of boards easy when I'm planning multiple boards at a time.”

“II would appreciate it if you could inform the customer about any changes or information they may need. I had a tax-exempt status on file, but it seems to have been removed or became invalid. Consequently, I was charged taxes on a few tools that should have been tax-exempt. I noticed this discrepancy on my previous order. I am sure you are not going back and refund my tax status, but that was a little inconvenient.”

“The guy helped me a lot to load the package into my car. My car is not very big, so we have to make a couple of tries, but he was there to help me until everything is good. The only thing I want to mention is that, for this order, if any free gife is provided, it will be great, like a tumbler, the hat, or a t-shirt.”
