“Terrible experience. Ordered a bedding set which was very expensive and the quality is extremely poor. Buttons came off the duvet cover after only one wash so they asked me to return it (had to go without a duvet cover for weeks) and they sent me a replacement. Same thing has happened and apparently there’s nothing else they can do…absolutely shocking customer service.”
