“Just got bed delivered and they made it all wrong. When spoke to owner he said he can't make mistakes and not admitting. Even his drivers are saying that he doesn't make any sence . Be careful guys when order u should record what u ordering with them.”

“I have had to do this review regarding bed city in Leicester. We contacted them regarding an orthopaedic king-size mattress. Couldn’t believe how reasonable the price was and when the mattress got delivered it was amazing quality prompt delivery. The delivery man went out of their way to bring the bed upstairs and put it on the bed and we are really helpful thank you bad city I will Definitely be using you again x”
“Be very careful when shopping here. Charming when you want to buy but not helpful afterwards. Brought a mattress costs £500 was awful not what I asked for wanted the medium hardness got the hard bed but until you've tried it how do you know dont shop here and check policy about returning anything. They also got my headboard wrong”

“My husband has just been in to buy a bed. He was told there was the one we wanted in the warehouse, and to go back in 30 mins to an hour to collect it. He went and got his van, went back and was told it had been taken to the other shop down the road. Went to that shop and nobody had a clue. Waited there for about 20 mins then went back to the 1st shop where he was told there was no bed and it would need to be ordered in. Complete waste of 3 hours, no apology, awful customer service.”
