“Avoid this company like the plague! They are liars who take your money although they haven’t got the stock.
I was lied too about a delivery date.
I was lied too about my refund being delayed because of problems with Stripe
I was lied too about my refund being actioned on three occasions.
I was also lied too about a direct bank transfer.
My only course of action is now through the courts.

“No confirmation of order. No details of delivery. They don’t answer the phone. Received reply to email just delivery due next week. Cancelled order due to poor communication. They told me they informed klana of cancellation but payment still taken. When I contacted klana they have no info regarding cancellation. Klana now looking into it. Have email and beds for you keep saying the same thing . We have told klana thanks for your order. I would have given 0 if they had it. Wish I’d read the reviews on this company before ordering . I am now having to go through klana and trading standards to get the payment back .”
“After 4 delivery dates of which I had to take unpaid leave numerous phone calls I asked for a refund which was promised and I'm still waiting now unable to contact the company.”
“Ordered a bed on 31st Dec. Given it was the holidays I expected a delay. However, after 2 weeks of no communication I contacted them to ask for an update as I'm newly disabled and needed a new bed to help with the pain. I was told it would arrive on Monday. On Wednesday, given that the bed still hadn't arrived, I contacted them again and received no reply (at this point it was 17th Jan). Two days later I emailed again, to receive a response that a refund would be coming.
I waited 5 days for a refund, as this is the standard practice and heard/received nothing. So, I emailed AGAIN asking about the refund or bed. No response. On 25th Jan I emailed them to let them know I'd be contacting my bank regarding this fraud.
They magically responded, stating that there was an issue with the merchant portal and to pass over my bank details, and I would receive the money in my bank by 6pm that night. No money received. No response to my email querying why.
As such, this has been passed on to the fraud team at Barclays. I still have not received my money nor the bed I desperately need for my back.

“Very bad company '' for some people who recive they odder that's a luck. SCAM I have never receive my bed and the money and they have been lie to me so many times. Close for Christmas, hardly answer the phone. I haven't read the reviews before buying. I will post on all the social media about this company all the emails. To make sure people see and don't get SCAMED. I will contact the Citizens Advice because I've today I haven't receive my money back 290 pound. Made the odder on 27 of November. Disgusting how this company is taking the money of people I have giving all theoney I had for this bed because my bed is bad and I can't afford to buy other.”
“I literally never review things but I cannot let this happen to anyone else! This company is absolutely terrible. Mr Sharez Hussain I don’t know where you and your team get off on scamming people online. If you are not able to fulfill your customers orders please close the business down. I made an order on 21/12/22, through Clearpay, I spoke to your team 03/01/23 because I was yet to receive my bed, they told me because of Christmas and new years the business had been closed(understandable)which you could have notified your customers about. I was then told I would receive an email confirming the order, delivery date and delivery drives contact details that afternoon and that my bed had been scheduled to arrive on 10/01/23. Waited, no email, called, no answer.In the meantime I spoke to their deliver company slumberdreams in birmingham on 10/01/23 and they told me they had only received paper copies of everyone’s order that morning and it would take them all day to manually input into the system so to wait for an email that afternoon or the next day confirming delivery date and drivers details. Didn’t receive anything and no contact! kept on calling slumberdreams and no response. Kept calling bedznextdays until I spoke to a guy on 11/01/23 who told me the reason the bed had not been delivered was because the cctv camera cables to the store were cut by someone over the weekend before(I don’t know what this had to do with the delivery of my bed) he was very rude, no apologies, he told me was in the office but you could clearly hear him driving whilst smoking. He told me he would call me back but he never did! I waited and waited and gave them the benefit of the doubt but by the 19th I was completely fed up I sent them an email which they responded to saying they had tried to call me(which they hadn’t) I gave them my details again and they said they would call me the next day which they didn’t! I have now asked for a full refund and for the order to be cancelled! I have reported them to Clearpay and to trading standards! If this has happened to anyone else please report this business to trading standards so that they can be stopped from doing this every again to anyone else. I will be very surprised if they give me my money back let alone respond to my email or this review. Minus 1,000,000 stars from me!”

“This company is a fraudulent one. I wonder how they operate by swindling customers. I bought 2 beds and for several weeks I am yet to receive my beds. And after several calls and emails,they refused to reply to them not until I wrote a negative review and I got a call from them with a private number begging me to delete the negative review I wrote some days back. But to my utmost suprise, I am yet to get my refund because one of them told me the bed I ordered for is out of stock. But what baffles me most is that why will a company with a good intention call back a customer with a hidden number when there is a customer care line clearly stated on the website. This company (bedznextday) don't reply to emails or messages once you pay for your goods. I wonder how this company keep on operate by defrauding people of their hard earned money. Please avoid this company as much as possible. Though I have contacted my bank with the necessary information and they would regret this. Bedznextday my foot.”

I wish I had read previous reviews about this company, they're all spot on with their complaints.
Ordered a 4 way split kingsize divan base {paid extra for this} and Floor standing headboard to match. They stated delivery would be around 10 days. When the bed arrived on Sunday, it wasn't a 4 way split bed but a normal 2 part divan base which doesn't fit up our awkward staircase. The headboard was also wrong, not a floor standing one. The driver returned the delivery.
This is where things started to go wrong... They are impossible to get hold of by phone. After a few emails they promised me they'd get the correct bed to me by Friday.... After waiting in all day nothing came. Emailed again and they apologised and said would now be Tuesday.... Again waited all day nothing came... Emailed again said the delivery was now Friday. I told them if it wasn't here by Friday I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund. Nothing came that Friday.... Was the told definitely Saturday morning. Nothing came Then once again told it was on Saturday / Sunday delivery... Nothing came.
No contact whatsoever now from Bedznextday and now contacted my Credit card company to investigate and get my refund.
Please please avoid this company at all costs.... You will regret it if you deal with them like I'm regretting it big style.

“STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They dont even deserve 1 star. I ordered my bed with mattress from this company, 2weeks later they turn up at my door unannounced. They called on a friday while i was at work to say the delivery driver was outside my house, i explained to them that i did not receive confirmation that my bed would be delivered today and that i was at work. They apologised and said they would deliver my bed on the Tuesday. Tuesday came and i never heard from them so i called to find out what time they would be coming. The man on the phone said they would be with me for about 12-1pm. He asked if i had the delivery drivers number, i said no so he sent it to me. I then called the delivery driver to be told he didnt have my bed. I called the company to explain what i was just told, his response was " thats strange i don't know why he has told you this he definitely has your bed, leave it with me i will call you back" hours went by with no call back, i tried calling over and over again but the phone just rang. I then emailed them to ask what was going on, and if the delivery was still going to be today. They replied back and said my delivery is booked for Thursday with no apology. I then emailed them back to inform them that i took the day off work(unpaid) to stay in only to be told a different day. I then called back and eventually a lady picked up. I explained my situation and she said she had spoken to the delivery driver and that it will be delivered the following day (Wednesday) i explained my frustration and made it clear that i would have to take another unaid day off. I was told my bed would come for 1-2 that time passed with no communication from the company so i called again.they ignored my call, so i emailed for an update, only to be told that now my delivery will be on FRIDAY!!! The email also said the manager would call me in an hour (he never did) I immediately emailed back asking for a refund and stressing how much of my time this company has wasted. They didn't respond. I am currently waiting to hear back from this horrendous company who are now ignoring me.”
“Had email to state bed base would be delivered Friday 15th April,I would get an email Thursday with drivers details etc, not arrived , no email and not answering phones , I dismantled my old base so actually sleeping on mattress on the floor , have no idea when it will arrive”

“Order a bed on the 6 July 2021, Bedznextday said that my bed would be delivered on 22 July or 23 July 2021.
But nothing was delivered, sent numerous emails to this company, and had NO replies to my emails.
On the 28 July had an email saying they cancelled my order.
I would have preferred to give a minus rating for this company. All there staff need to go on a customer service course. Avoid like covid 19.....even if you have been vaccinated.”
