“I reached out to Bee Alarmed twice to gather information and schedule a consultation for my client. Despite leaving a couple of messages to call back to properly schedule an appointment, Dean just wanted to SHOW UP like he was Batman.
This approach felt very unprofessional and dismissive. Scheduling is important, especially for women who set clear boundaries for safety and convenience. Rather than respecting our time and needs, it came across as if showing up on his own terms was more important than working with us and that is shocking to deal with, especially with a company that is supposed to monitor safety.
I ultimately went with another company (Valley Guys), who respected the process and scheduled properly. Professionalism matters, and unfortunately my experience with Bee Alarmed did not reflect that.”
