“Black Bear Uddingston Glasgow.Booked for family celebrating 18 th birthday,on arrival all was well,that was as good as it got.Soft drinks order was wrong and an argument ensued with male waiter claiming my son in law was wrong....ok we moved on ,but OMG,I can't explain without being rude the state of the food presentation ,basically chips thrown in the plate with burger,ham on steam etc.,no sides and my son paid nearly £3 for extras on his a burger,which consisted of 1 very small strip of bacon.We were all gobsmacked and it was so bad in every way all we could do was laugh in disbelief,and Birthday?What birthday.That was a family of 7 never to return and their friends once informed.”
“Not bad, OK selection of food and drinks, customer service was OK. Would not go regular instead of my local gastro though but if you are in and around Kenton and fancy a quick bite its worth considering”

Best meal in a Beefeater by far.
Waitress very pleasant & friendly, but not over attentive so didn’t feel hassled. Hate it when waiting staff come as ask if all ok when you have a mouthful or have only just had meal put down.
Happy to drive the extra 5 miles each way for such nice service”
