“Whist the chosen beers are great, the number of live beer tastings with online feed seems to be getting less and less. The Thursday night slots have had an increasing number of recorded sessions in recent weeks but they have now even paused those. There has been mention of emergencies as the reason for not holding a live video session but no further explanation. Beerbods without the Thursday night sessions is just beer.”

“Since BeerBods was taken over by Beer Hawk the company has lost it's friendly support when issues arise. Had issues with last 2 orders and there is no enthusiasm to "delight the customer " to keep my business, therefore I will not be retuning.”

“Rubbish service. Bought a 1 month gift subscription - as a gift. Should have arrived 4 beers and a glass. Glass was missing and no replies to emails. Not very impressed at all.”

“I've now waited nearly a month for my first box to arrive. 2 weeks ago I was told it was being sent out the next day and it still hasn't arrived. I've been incredibly patient and really didn't want to write a bad review - I just want my beer box that I've paid for! I've asked for my money back and no one replies...”

Hi Bill, I'm sorry you been having issues getting hold of us. We've been trying to get this sorted for you, it looks like our emails aren't getting through to your Inbox? Would you mind having a look in your Spam, Unfortunately, this is the only contact information we have on for you, so frustratingly we've also not been able to get this sorted as quickly as we'd liked. I've attached a screenshot of one of our responses. Your account was refunded cancelled as requested on the 14th which is why no further beer has been shipped.
