“Machine went wrong after 4 months. It’s now been a month since I contacted Beerwulf to return this to be repaired. They have suggested I drop it off to the repair centre myself (8.5 hour round trip) or post it back myself (7.5pint keg stuck in the machine as no power, so extremely heavy! Customer service is almost non-existent, as you just get fobbed off and get told they are trying to work on a solution, but never actually put this into fruition. I would NEVER buy or recommend anyone to buy this machine, as if you have an issue, their customer service is extremely poor. Currently £444 out of pocket and seeking a charge back on my credit card.”
“Will Get rid of my Sub after dealing with them.
I got a Sub from a friend and decided to use it for a party, ordered in good time. But because it also happened to be Close to Black Friday, i received a email that because of huge demand with Black Friday, It was delayed but would be shipped Express today the latest. Which is Fair. until i startede recieving them 3 days in a row. So i tried to Cancel my Order. first time i did the Customer service answered me, its already send you cant, then fine. i saw they next day it wasnt send yet, so i wrote again, and i got a reply she would check up on it, and then that day it got sent. So when she got back to me, it was to late. So i went and bought other beers for my Parties and wanted to cancel it or send it back, they told me i had to decline delivery, but as it was just put outside my door by the Delivery person, i didnt really have that option. so whatever i just kept, even know i had ordered to many for just normalt use, but whatever i assumed they dont expire for a while, well i was wrong, i had beers expiring within weeks and some with a bit more than a month on them.
Sadly if you have a sub this is the only play to buy, so i will get rid of mine after being done with this batch.
That 1 star is partly cause i cant give 0 and partly for Jessica who atleast was trying to help. Unlike the first customer service employee.”
