“Probably the worst company to deal with: I got through on the phone and the person asked for the model number - she was adamant that it wasn't a valid model number EVEN THOUGH IT WAS ON THE BEKO SITE. The part I needed was incorrect on their site - identical except for an extra hole in the side - no much use to replace a leaking part. I asked by email - and they just replied requesting the model number - EVEN THOUGH IT WAS IN THE TITLE OF THE MESSAGE. Tried live chat, but it was hardly ever available. When I did get through - they just terminated the session.”

“PROMPT arrival and correct replacement parts!...only downside was that there were NO instructions on making the exchange from removing the broken part and connecting the new. Not easily found ...FINALLY found SIMILAR description and THEN WE muddled through and figured it out...but fearful we would BREAK it while carrying out the exchange! THANKFULLY we were sucessful...or you'd be reading an altogether DIFFERENT Review!!!”
