“Ordered 10 CTI's, web site stated there was 1040 in stock, after I had provided my credit card details online, received a message saying there were sold out.
Feels like a scam, to get me email details, home address and CC details.”

“Worse customer service I ever experienced.
I purchase a dewalt grinder online although bell tools store was out of stock..
After a few days I decided to contact them as my order was not coming. They apologise and insured me that my refund would proceeded between 2 and 4 working days.
After 7 days I contacted them and they did not even start the process of refund.
Today they insured me that the money would be refunded and should be on my bank account within a few minutes, however it’s been 4 hours and I still have be refunded..
I’ve also sent them 4 emails and they never bothered to reply.
I won’t buy from them again”
