Scammers!! Do not buy from their website!! I bought two products and had problems both times. First I bought a Chicco Magic Relax Highchair and was delivered a much cheaper one. When contacting them I was told nothing they can do as the barcode on the box was the same as on the website's product, although they were two very different products. The one I bought is designed for babies from 0 months, has a mattress, a toy bar, is different colour, different design etc, the one sent to me was a cheap, basic one designed for babies from 6 months. I had to get Trading Standards involved to finally get my Highchair delivered 3 weeks after purchase. Second product was a Silvercross pram ordered on Black Friday. I got a order confirmation email followed by another saying they didn't have the product in-store and was due within the next 2 weeks, and that this was going to be sent to me the next day. Two weeks after I got an email that read "complete order", followed by another with a consignment number and a delivery date. The product never arrived. When contacting them I was told that the product was a higher price than what I paid and the manager was going to come back to me after speaking to the director. A few days passed and after not hearing back from them I decided to contact the manager again and she/ Maria was very quick to hang up because she was with a costumer and I was told "leave it with me, I'll call you back" ... I called back next day and guess what? Maria is on holidays leave...the lady I spoke to ( Helena) contacted the director and/or other superiors who would just try anything not to deliver my baby's pram we paid with very hard earned money. Bella Baby I have a - order confirmation email - email from you asking if I was ok to wait 2 weeks - order "Complete" update status - consignment number - delivery date Still waiting....... Bella Baby shame on you stealing people's money.
