“I've worn the Bella Bodies nude underwear twice, and now the seam has come undone. They're going straight in the bin. Very disappointed considering the price point, I was prepared to spend a little more for good quality underwear but this isn't it.”

“First purchase of Ruby Lace bra. Tried on and fitted okay. Had read a couple of reviews on another site advising fabric was scratchy. I hand washed the bra in delicate laundry liquid and couple of days later wore it. Half way through the morning it was irritating me and I had a rash on the scallop edge of the band. Photographed it and advised Bella Bodies - was advised because I'd washed it and worn it, it couldn't be returned and sorry it didn't work out for you. Bad customer PR as far as I'm concerned. Some form of compensation would have been nice even if it was the international postage refunded. I have unsubscribed and won't be using this company again. They even admitted they have had a few comments re the scratchy fabric (although not many).”

“The bras I ordered would roll up at the base even though they were the right size. The underwear were not full briefs and more like bikini. I have returned them all.”

“bras great, Hi waisted pants are not a size M are smaller then my size M this has now happened twice to me when ordering from you sizing are labelled in correct so have sent back with photos to show the original size M and your now size M”

“I was excited to receive the purchase of my two pairs of anti-chafing shorts. I tried on the black ones straight away when they arrived. As soon as I bent over "RIP" right in the butt crack. They don't seem to have enough stretch in the fabric, am not going to try the other pair. I would not recommend this product:(”

“I would give 0 stars if I could. I made contact with an issue, receiving very off-hand replies, and now my emails and messages are being ignored. After spending $143 I’m pretty disappointed. Very very poor.”

“I wouldn't recommend this company at all. There sizing is totally unrealistic and when you order the size you think you would be based on their sizing chart, they basically say it's your fault for choosing the wrong size. I'm a size 14 to 16 now but a size 16 to 18 won't go past my knees but apparently that's my fault despite using the size chart. Very poor customer service.”

Hi Julie, we're sorry you'r parcel is taking longer than expected to reach you. I have checked the tracking details and as you are in Victoria parcels have been heavily impacted by the Covid-19 lockdown . Currently this is the advice on Australia Posts Tracking page for your parcel: Your item will take longer to arrive than usual - we're experiencing delays in Victoria due to temporary staff reductions at processing facilities. Some items may go interstate for sorting to help ease delays caused by recent restrictions. Unfortunately once your parcel has been dispatched, delivery time frames are out of our control. Hi, We're sorry you felt you needed to leave us a poor review when your order was dispatched on the same day you placed it and as soon as you made us aware there had been a delay in delivery we followed this up with Australia Post and can see your order is due for delivery today. Australia Post are doing their best during Covid-19 and normally our deliveries reach our customers very quickly.
