“Had to send back the bra to exchange it for a larger size and on return instructions it said that I would get a refund for the return postage however that never happened so I am $18nz out of pocket not happy”

“I have been buying Bella Bodies for years. My entire underwear drawer is Bella Bodies. I recently purchased the Smooth Me Knickers and was so happy that I quickly purchased more pairs. I also purchased the Bamboo Boot Socks which fit well (I am a size 7 1/2 to 8 shoe). The socks were lovely and soft and I would also buy them again.”

“The ordering and delivering process gets 4/5 stars, no complaints there. The light bladder leakage undies are badly designed. The crotch lining does not extend far enough forward , so minimal protection. I have attached a photo comparing with another brand of period pants in a similar midi size. The crotch length is about 6cm shorter! Maybe time to review the design.”
