“Training with John was amazing. He finds your skill level and make a plan that fits your needs. He’s really good at explaining anything you need to know, from meal prepping to breaking down your workouts. I like that he genuinely reaches out to you to see how your progress is going and gives helpful advice and tips. The home and in person workouts are great. He changes the works to make them fun, so you never get burned out or bored. I’ve lost 15 pounds so far but my over all my physical health and my eating habits have improved.
