“Returned items but waited 12 days for a refund from when they received my return, most companies don’t take this long, for example; J D sports, Montriex, ASOS all refunded within a day of receiving my returns. I wouldn’t order from the company again for this reason alone.”

“Product is not upto size false commitments on website, nowhere mention that they will not except refund. I have said to them that Product is not upto expectations and they and not proceeding with refund. Extremely bad customer service.”

“Lovely product. Beware of next day delivery! Mine arrived over one week late and I was still charged for the premium delivery. When I called them to ask for the difference to be refunded, I was told that it was impossible. I am very unhappy with their response and I will not be a customer in future because of it.”

“I would stay clear of ordering anything from this website....I received unhygenic goods, upon receiving i email the company to inform them of the state i received the good, as i knew if i returned without doing so i would be refused a refund. Sent back the items using their returns label and low and behold the item "never returned" and therefore ive been refused a refund....very conicidental in my eyes, seen as i knew a refund would be a problem from the start. Ill never be using this company again, i dont take well to being out of pocket fot goods i do not have.”
