“Dispatched quickly with no fuss. I ordered a kagoole and the medium size fit exactly as shown and I'm usually a medium so accurate sizes.”

“First of all delivery and communication was excellent, quick and clear communication, if needed. The jacket itself is excellent, really soft and great quality fabrics, surprisingly so considering the price was so reasonable. I've had to exchange it for a lower size just because I'm between sizes at the minute but that has been simple and straightforward too. Really impressed and will definitely be kitting my wardrobe out with more great Bellfield pieces in the future.”

“Places an order with Bellfield, and although I sadly am returning the items (as they do not suit me) I found the ordering process simple. Also there was an item that had unfortunately oversold and one of the customer representatives informed me and made amending my order easy and pain free. Will definitely be ordering again in the future”

“I vacillated between very good and very poor. I love two of the shirts I ordered. However, the third came apart when I took it out of the package - the snaps all breaking. About a week ago, I sent a message about it through the Bellfield website and still haven't heard anything back. So I guess this experience so far makes me think that it's "poor".”

“Item was out of stoxk even though when i bought it it was listed as in stock, iyem marked as dispatched, no news for over a week, no reply to email, though when i rang up staff were helpful and given a full refund”
