Ordered a shirt, it came with one button broken right in the middle and not even a spare set of buttons. So I basically need to either find exactly the same button somewhere or a set of buttons to replace all of them. This shirt was ordered for a wedding, and I can even wear it now... And no, there was not a broken piece in the packaging, it was already packed like that with a visibly broken button. Lots of loose strings too, which doesn't necessarily scream "quality"

One item was not discounted despite me having a valid discount code and the item being eligible. Was offered some loyalty points as a resolution. Purchased another item with loyalty points only to be emailed and told it was not in stock :-( That being said clothes were of a good quality and look sharp.

I vacillated between very good and very poor. I love two of the shirts I ordered. However, the third came apart when I took it out of the package - the snaps all breaking. About a week ago, I sent a message about it through the Bellfield website and still haven't heard anything back. So I guess this experience so far makes me think that it's "poor".

Item was out of stoxk even though when i bought it it was listed as in stock, iyem marked as dispatched, no news for over a week, no reply to email, though when i rang up staff were helpful and given a full refund

I bought two coats from Bellfield and I used the sizing guide on their website as I was buying from overseas and wanted to make sure I got the correct size. It turns out their size guide was drastically wrong and I ended up having two massive coats that were unwearable. Furthermore, I was stung with AUS$80 shipping to send them back to the UK- even though it was no fault of my own. It says on the website refunds are only given for faults (which I received for one coat) however I still had to pay for the expensive shipping. By the time I had received them (about 10 days) there were no sizes remaining in my “true” size so I had to get a refund for one and the other was exchanged (another 10 days). The fellow helping me was very nice and sympathetic but in the end it cost me about AUS$100 shipping to try on some very large coats -only to end up with one. So that’s pretty disappointing to be honest. The coat I got in the end is nice.
