As a customer who purchased an engagement ring from a distance of over 24 hours, I was pleasantly surprised to feel as though I was interacting with a local jeweler who genuinely desired to assist in creating a memorable occasion. Given the limited timeframe and the inherent margin for error, my decision to purchase through Ben Garelick proved to be a wise choice, resulting in a beautifully executed transaction. Furthermore, I believe that the value of my ring was directly proportional to the specifications and quality I received. I felt that I was treated fairly in the monetary aspect of my engagement.”

“This was my 3rd purchase from Ben Garelick. Grace went above and beyond to bring my "mother & daughter" ring to life. I showed her a picture of my inspiration that I saw on social media and she did amazing capturing everything that I wanted. Hands down this is my favrite jeweler and I wouldn't show anywhere else.”

“I placed an order just after Thanksgiving and when Ben Garelick tried to fill the order, they discovered the necklace I had ordered was now a special order length. I approved the special order and the sale price was honored. The delivery time was longer than anticipated because of that, but I received it in mint condition and packaged very nicely in about 4 weeks. I am very happy with my purchase and the communication from this vendor.”

“What a refreshing buisness to work with in today's times. Beautiful jewlery, awesome customer service, and the best price anywhere. Ben and family followed up after my purchase, helped immensely when FedEx stalled my delivery, and checked back after my pendant arrived to make sure I was happy. “They've been there every step of the way from engagement ring, now to our wedding bands. I was even able to have them melt down my grandparent's rings to create a custom band. They've been extremely helpful and communicative throughout the entire process and my future wife loves her rings. Hands down the best Jewelers I've ever done business with. I will definitely use them again in the future.”

“My wife's "Nana" necklace with our 7 grandchildren's birthstones is fabulous!! It is exactly what we asked for from the size of the stones to the finished length to how the stones are set.
