“I live in Ohio and was initially leery of ordering an engagement ring on line. However, Peter Manka Jr. went above and beyond to make the process easy and to make sure I got the ring I was wishing for (and all at an affordable price). The quality of the ring is superb, and I am very pleased. Thanks for a positive experience. Would highly recommend.”

“The people at Ben Garelick are genuine and want to help you out. I wasn't sure which ring size my, now fiance needed and the staff walked me through the steps to get an accurate size without her knowing. Fantastic experience and I will be back. Thanks for making this an enjoyable experience.”

“I am so happy with my purchases from Ben Garelick Jewelers. Friendly service. The staff is very knowledgeable about their products. I have also bought custom made pieces with great suggestions by the sales people. I have been a customer for over 20 years. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for jewelry.”

“Wow! What a beautiful ring. I simply fell in love with a ring from BenGarelick.com and was hesitant to make such a large purchase 100% online. “I have never been so impressed with the customer service at a jeweler before. The staff far exceeds my high expectations. I am not the easiest client as I struggle to make a decision. Jennifer has been so patient and so kind and more importantly so honest. I what a relief it is to go in to a high-end establishment and never feel judged or pressure to make a purchase so I don’t waste their time. If anything she is always encouraging me to take my time and make sure I get exactly what I want! She wants to be sure that she has helped me find the perfect piece …not just one to make a sale. Everything I have bought in from Ben Garelick, I wear every day and it is the quality of their merchandise as well as the service and the incredible treatment that I get when I’m there they keeps me coming back! I truly love being a customer! They make me feel like they appreciate me and my business! That Is something I can’t get when I shop online and supporting them a family owned business, it’s a privilege! and I hope everyone continues to support small businesses… we need them!”

“Shopping at Ben Garelick was one of the best jewelry shopping experiences I've ever had. The store is beautiful and the staff is so friendly. It was so nice not feeling the typical pressure you get from associates at the chain stores. They genuinely cared about what was right for us, not just about making a sale.
