“We recently decided to market our house and move nearer to the coast. I asked 2 highly rated local agents to provide a realistic valuation of our property - there was a material difference of £125k between the 2 agents and we decided to market with Ben Siggins agency who was more in tune with our values and thinking with respect to our property and the methods he proposed on marketing our property to get good quality viewings and prospective buyers that wouldn’t waste our time. Shortly after listing we had a short list of 5 viewers all of which were closely scrutinised by Siggins to ensure they were bona fide potential buyers. We were really fortunate to get 3 of the 5 viewers interested and making offers. Both Ben and Kevin were very optimistic from the outset that we would achieve a quick sale and probably the full asking price. We actually achieved a better than asking price offer from 2 parties and was very happy to accept an offer from a local couple who were very enthusiastic as we was when we bought the property from new 22 years ago. Ben, Kevin and Jody were trusted partners in the whole sale process and I have become a very big advocate of the methods and approach that Ben and Kevin has instilled into the whole team. To be fair they didn’t always have the answers we were looking for, but they always were prompt in returning calls and following up on issues that inevitably arise during the whole selling of a house process. I also have to say that pretty much everything that Ben said in our initial consultation about his approach and what we could expect was delivered and I can fully appreciate why his agency is the top rated agent for the Maidstone and surrounding areas market. His energy, passion and professionalism is a credit to him and I would have no hesitation in pointing friends, family and anybody wanting an outstanding agent to be entrusted with what is always a challenging lifestyle event, then do not hesitate to seek his services. I would classify myself as highly demanding on delivery and the whole experience with Siggins Estate Agency has ticked every single box. On reflection we were so right in appointing them to sell our house and one can only wonder how much we would have potentially lost had we decided to go with the other agent. Thank you Ben, Kevin and Jody for taking care and closing out our most important property transaction.”

“Very happy with the service on selling our property! All the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful. Two great open days which resulted in a sale. We were able to get the EPC, gas and electric compliance organised with Jody and the solicitors who handled the transfer, saving me time.”

“The promise is they listen to their customers to provide a contract and service that suits - the service is consistently dire service , the owner failed to deliver what he stated and couldn't be bothered to call and apologise instead sending confrontational emails. Unprofessional and lack depth of experience to deliver a good service.”

“dire no customer service, inept and inconsistent contact, Kevin's promises of high service did not materialise, inexperienced staff probably due to the high turnover (you talk to someone and then they have left) which tells you a story as well. Don't bother complaining the owner just tells you he has good reviews and does nothing.”

“Just awful; simply awful. They totally mismanaged the rental of our property; poor communications with both us as landlords and potential tenants; failed to return phone calls; caused us to lose two months in rent by their lackadaisical account management. We had no option but to change agents who were shocked at how badly Siggins failed to follow best practice.”

“Just the worst experience ever. If you want to just throw away your entire deposit this is the way to to do it! Watch out for the criminally inadequate 'moving in' inventory (were they miss everything) which will be followed by a 'leaving inventory' that puts C.S.I. to shame. A complete scam!!!!!”

“My husband and I have just bought our first home together and we had Lydia as our estate agent. Lydia was amazing from start to finish and made as feel really comfortable and confident all the way through our purchase. When we viewed the property Lydia was bubbly and made us feel at ease, our previous viewings of other properties hadn't been great so this helped make our minds up about the property which we fell in love with! There was nothing that she wouldn't do to make sure everything ran smoothly and that we were able to move in on time. “I would recommend Ben Siggins to everyone that is looking to move. Not only are they extremely professional, with a wealth of knowledge about the business, but they are genuinely nice and honest people. When it came to selling my house Ben encouraged me to put it up at a higher value then I thought my property was worth. However, after much protest I agreed to listen and give it a try. I had the two viewings booked for the following day, of which first one came through with a full asking price straight away followed by one from the second viewer very close behind. Now, what that demonstrated to me was, not only did they send the right people through the door but they were spot on about the price too. And not many agents out there can do that!! As for the whole process from the point of agreeing the sale to the completion. Superb. Just superb. I could not fault them in any way. Daniel and Harriet were amazing and I am very grateful to them for all they have done for me. All I can say is a very big THANK YOU guys. You are amazing.”

“Ben Siggins, Daniel and Harriet are a one fantastic team. Ben put our property on the market in a superb professional manner, with a fabulous set of photos that cost us nothing. (Unlike with most of the agents out there that charge a small fortune for a very average set of photos.) Ben came around on Friday afternoon. Saturday we already had two viewings booked. First viewing came through with an offer as well as the second one. We had agreed a sale Monday morning. To say that we are blown alway would be an understatement. Not only did they send a perfect buyer around but they had also managed to get us £25,000 more then we had expected to get for our property. I highly recommend Ben Siggins Estate Agents.
