“I was not able to connect to Ben's website on my daily emails. I contacted customer service. I was very lucky to connect with Claire. She determined it was an issue with my Xfinity security settings. With many messages back and forth she tried to help me. I tried a few things. I'm not a great computer genius but I am somewhat competent. Claire was always helpful and patient. For some reason I couldn't solve the issue in my Xfinity app. I had to send Xfinity a report of my problem to get it resolved. Claire was always there to ask about the process and if my issue was resolved. I think she is a fantastic customer service agent and guided me to a solution. I hope she gets a raise or promotion soon. Thank you!”

“I’ve ordered products from Ben’s Natural Health for several years. I’ve always been impressed with this company’s customer service and especially my last response from Claire. She answered my questions promptly, thoroughly, professionally and with a good understanding of what my situation was. I was very pleased with her caring attitude and interest in keeping her posted on updates. She should get a raise!!”

“I would like to commend Claire in Customer Services. She was fantastic—her emails were kind, sympathetic, and extremely helpful when I needed to pause my subscription due to illness. I really appreciated her support during that time. I look forward to renewing my subscription in the near future and hopefully having the pleasure of dealing with Claire again.”
