“Products cost too much. Products have been priced at a level than many cannot afford. Further, there are no dramatic results that are evident. My PSA dropped from 5 to 4.6 after over 3 months of religious use of Total Health. a modest change that may mean very little given the lack of precision of this test. Dr David Cain Psychologist”

“Human Nature, even thought the product has worked for me, I was very disciplined. I've learned over the years as to who is receptive and who is not. All of my friends are aware of what I.m doing and that I take supplements. I have been very disciplined since Sept 10th. I have lowered my PSA from 15.9 to 8.7. I have lowered my estrogen from 97 to 37. I will upade you on Nov 10.”

“I have been taking your products for about 2 1/2 months and I am a little better but not as I had hoped. I bought enough product for the next three months because I think it might just take more time. I also have not been as disciplined on the ketogenic diet as I should be. I am disciplining myself to really do the diet and exercise more often. I am still hopeful that in a few months I can give your products rave reviews.”

“I personally had a hard time sticking with the regimen. I am 72 and still working full time as a life insurance agent. That means many meals on the road, very little green tea, and a lot of evenings away from home. I think Ben's plan would work if I could have followed it more closely. So, I'd recommend others give it a try, with reservations. I actually stopped somewhat by accident and have only just restarted.”

“I have been taking Total Health, Estro Clear and Prostate Healer for three months, and have ordered another three month supply. I have a Urology appointment at the end of August, and will be better armed with a better answer. I am cutting out the Flomax that I have been taking for years, and am still able to pass urine, although nothing to brag about, and still up usually only one time per night. Still have hope, but will not make any recommendations until after that time. Cheers Al Skinner”

“It has not had a signifciant long term effect on my nightly peeing frequency, only some improvement. And I cannot change my diet which anyway is pretty good and healthy. I wonder if a good multivitamin and beta sitosterol would not have the same effect and a cheaper cost.”
